eBid eXchange and Sage Timberline Office – A Powerful Pre-Construction Connection

eBid Systems is pleased to have been accepted to the Sage Timberline Office (STO) development partner program. With our eBid eXchange pre-construction system for bid management, we are excited about the opportunity to extend and complement the capabilities of STO Estimating.

eBid eXchange can provide immediate value to your STO Estimating users by enhancing their bid management process. In addition, we have embarked on an aggressive effort to seamlessly integrate STO with eBid eXchange in the following ways:

• STO Address Book – Bi-drectional synchronization of the vendor database with eBid eXchange so that you only have to enter vendor information in one place.
• STO Estimate – Provide the ability to upload the STO project estimate into eBid eXchange, receive online bids from vendors in eBid eXchange, and import the bid data into STO.

We expect to complete this integration effort in Q2 2008.
