Hamilton County Tennessee encompasses the Chattanooga metropolitan area, with a population of approximately 310,000. The County needed a system that would allow them to manage bid announcement, award information and do online bidding, to replace their existing unreliable online system. Since implementing eBid eXchange, there has been both a positive response from in-house users and from their vendors. eBid eXchange has replaced their process of mailing hard copies of bid documents, sending addenda by certified mail, and provided the platform for submission of bids online.

With over 100 city users, the eBid eXchange internet portal now allows for a centralized system and standardized processes for all construction and services procurement, facilitating electronic document distribution and notifications and enabling more vendors to compete for the City's business.

Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is a fast-growth district located on the northeast side of San Antonio within a 73-square mile area and serving 12,000 students. The District uses eBid eXchange to qualify vendors through a self-registration process, post bid information, notify vendors of relevant business opportunities, and to receive and analyze bids.
