Private online plan room for secure bid document delivery

PreCon is your integrated secure online plan room for your bid documents. Upload documents in any common file format. We don't use proprietary document formats like some systems that require a separate step for file conversion before posting on the website. Documents are automaticaly zipped on download to reduce wait times for document receipt.

Centralized RFI and bid response tracking

PreCon allows you to efficiently receive, view, and respond to pre-construction requests for information (RFIs) through your centralized project dashboard.
