Our History

eBid Systems has been at the forefront of delivering SaaS procurement solutions for supplier management, sourcing, and supplier contract management. Beginning in July 2000, the company began delivering a hosted procurement solution and has been operating 24/7 since that time. In addition to helping companies streamline their procurement process, for most of our early customers, our solution was their first experience with an externally hosted web application. eBid Systems has continued its steady growth delivering customer-focused, innovative technology solutions. Today the company is proud to serve a global customer base and to count customers that have been clients for more than a decade.

Meet the Leadership Team

Keith Jones

President

Keith founded eBid Systems in 1999 with a mission to take the pain out of the bid and proposal process for buying organizations. Following a successful career with a global engineering consulting company as a Vice President, Keith brought his deep engineering and project management expertise to bear in starting eBid Systems. Today he continues to take an active role in overseeing development of next generation products and in ensuring client satisfaction. Keith holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Tim Schmidt

Sales Director

Tim has over ten years experience in the software industry working in sales, marketing, and product development. At eBid Systems, Tim is responsible for helping clients discover the benefits of the eBid eXchange procurement system and design a solution to meet their needs. In addition to his software industry experience, Tim’s employment in municipal government and as a purchasing agent gives him special insight into the procurement process and public sector applications. Tim has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Paul Gallagher

Chief Technology Officer

Paul has over three decades of experience developing and managing comprehensive software solutions for variety of applications. His experience includes web applications, embedded systems, and games both as a contributor and manager of large and small development teams. Paul leads the Agile software development process at eBid Systems and is passionate about building elegant, flexible, and powerful solutions with the least amount of code.

Danielle Stoehr

Client Services

With over a decade of experience managing and supporting technologies ranging from network administration to business applications, Dani brings an invaluable combination of software knowledge and client relations skills. At eBid Systems, Dani oversees the project implementation, training, and technical support functions. This includes the designing of product features to be delivered on time, within scope and budget. She holds a B.A. degree from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts.

Kathryn Krumme

Operations Manager

With experience dating back twenty years, Katie efficiently plans, directs and coordinates the operations of eBid Systems. In her role, she ensures smooth operation of various processes encompassing accounting, financial reporting, human resources, client contract administration, facilities management, IT and sales and marketing support. Katie’s critical thinking and problem solving, planning and organization, and communication skills make her well suited for her role of Operations Manager. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Flagstaff.

Rebeka Thomas

Marketing Coordinator

Rebeka is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns. She creates written content for our blog and news articles, coordinates all digital and print media, and analyzes business data. Before joining the team at eBid Systems, Rebeka worked as a Research Analyst at a global nonprofit where she gained experience mining information to find answers, marketing to philanthropic donors, and writing professionally. She graduated with highest honors from Pepperdine University with her B.S. degree in International Business.
